My Kilim Bag

Le kilim, une vraie tendance qui fait fureur et quelle fierté pour moi ! Marocaine, je suis toujours fière quand je vois que de grandes maisons comme Chanel s'inspirent des babouches, que le fez ( chapeau marocain) défile aussi sur les podiums de la fashion-week et que le kilim se hisse dans le placard de toutes les IT GIRLS. Vous le savez tout autant que moi, le sac fait bien souvent toute la différence, son choix est donc crucial. Devant la multitude de choix offert par la marque Hanout Boutique, j'ai longtemps hésité avant de finalement craquer pour ce modèle unique ! Pour en revenir à ce joli moment, nous voulions capter cette jolie lueur du crépuscule qui arrivait sur le jardin des tuileries. Je voulais donc jouer avec les tons jaunâtre et j'ai sorti à l'occasion mon chemisier préféré que j'ai pioché dans le placard de ma mère à Rabat. Une jupe en jean, un foulard coloré utilisé en guise de ceinture et une paire de ballerines puis le tour est joué ! Qu'on se le dise, j'étais d'humeur plutôt girly et c'est souvent le cas en été. 

Kilim is considered now as a real trend and I am really proud of it. Each time I notive a moroccan touch on the fashionweeks' catwalks, I feel that pride inside. Basically, when Chanel get inspired by our traditional shoes " Babouches" or that the kilim is in every it girl dressing, I feel really moved and proud! You might know it even better than me, bag is almost everything in an outfit. Chosing the right one is always crucial. It was really difficult for me to chose each bag I wanted considering that the brand Hanout Boutique offers many different kilim choices. Let's go back to this sweet sunset moment. We wanted to catch this orange light of a warm summer parisian day. So I wanted to play with the yellow tones for this photoshoot. I mixed a yellow shirt taken from my mum's dressing with my favorite jean skirt. Not to forget this colorful scarf that I used as a belt. Really girly, right ?
